I didn’t accept their offer. However, the 2 salesmen who came by, Dylan and Gabe, were very friendly and made the experience feel comfortable. They were chatty and knew how to drive a conversation. They are salesmen so thats sort of their jobs but they did it in a way that felt less…pitchy. Due to financial uncertainty, I declined and they were understanding about it. I feel bad that I had to say no now but in the future, I could see myself going with them.

I used Liv Smart to install my ADT security system. My sales rep Julian was kind, professional and empathetic to my needs. He answered all my questions and when he didn’t have the answers, he reached out to his manager. The installation tech was professional and very knowledgeable. I have been using the system for a few days now and I am pretty happy with how easy it is to use and how it communicate to other systems.

JT and his crew were awesome. Walked me through how to use all the equipment, the app. They arrived on time and were professional the entire time they were here. I didn’t feel conned into anything. Our marketing representative (Christian) walked us thru everything start to finish. We knew we were signing 2 contracts. One for the equipment which can be paid off at any time and the second for monthly monitoring. If the equipment sucks I’ll update my review but very happy with the service side.

Ean Royal was an outstanding Representative and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and insured that all details and appts for installation were set to accommodate me and my work schedule, He also dealt with my crazy kids , I HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking for him he will get you everything you need to feel safe!!

Decent equipment, install was a bit sloppy in some areas. The reason for the 2 stars is for the unprofessional sleezy tactics I experienced from my saleswoman ‘Natalie’ like the others have said in the reviews. They tell you its “Free equipment” and that they just do a “soft” credit check to validate your credit score….well turns out that was a straight lie. You sign up for a $3000 loan with a 20 year term and they do a hard credit check. Something I also thought was weird was rather than have me type in my OWN personal information, she starts asking me for banking info, account and routing numbers, SS #’s…it was just weird. Super pushy like others have mentioned. Mediocre experience overall, but won’t be ever using or recommending this company.

Technicians were friendly and answered all of my questions. Was able to break down how system worked. And was able to work with my schedule.
