Habitech got us all set up easily with cameras, alarm, and sound system. They are great to work with- friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan was outstanding as he took the time to not only train me on the manual system, but helped set up everything online and within an app and took the time to train me on that too. Their system is very user friendly too. Highly recommend!

Ryan was very polite, kind and efficient. Made sure I understood the system and everything worked prior to his departure. Ring doorbell is not working well he is coming back to fix it. Very pleased with Ryan’s work.

I really don’t understand how they have 5 stars. They have to be fake reviews or something cause they don’t pick up the phone and the agents on the phone are so unhelpful and dismissive. THE ALARM HAS BEEN RINGING ALL DAY IN THE HOUSE AT RANDOM TIMES AND THEY WON’T HELP SHUTTING IT OFF. Think about the BLASTING and BLARING ALARM going off in your house ALL DAY LONG and NO ONE FROM THE OTHER LINE BEING ABLE TO HELP BECAUSE NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.
