I’ve worked in the security and fire industry for 32 years and was a previous employee of Jadtec security services. Unfortunately the owner passed away in 2015 and the vice president of the company John Lusty and the owner’s daughter Jeri DieBall have taken over the company and unfortunately neither one of them have any business running a security company. They do not deal with issues they leave it for the employees deal with. Plus the terminology is completely different from the rest of the security alarm industry. The only thing this company has going for them is their low monitoring rates with a standard landline telephone. If you don’t have a landline then they have to install a cellular communicator at the tune of $300, and then the monitoring rates are $27 a month or higher! I have since left Jadtec for a more professional security company and I recommend that any of their customers do the same as well!

I’ve used Jadtec for yrs now. Their customer service is unbeatable and their equipment is top quality to say the least. I’ve yet to have any issues after 10 plus yrs.

I have been a customer with Jadtec for more than 20 years and have never had a bad experience with them. The customer service people have always been super helpful and polite and the service technician are professional.

We have bern with Jadtec for 25 years both at home snd in businessproperty. Until now – no complaints. Now the alarm will go off at the business and we get s text or email later telling us it going off. Not to the primary phone number as before. No inquiry as to whether the police should be called. This is completely different than we have had for decades. No password requested. I was told the company moved from Calif to Utah snd that the only thing that remains here is a call center. Looking for a new alarm company stat. No choice. You could have told us that the service was changing. We didn’t know. That was 6 months ago and you had us pay for and you installed updated key pads. When you did this you removed the smoke/fire sensors allegedly to install new ones. We are still without sensors and waiting.

I will give a second star for the years of good service, but something is amiss at Jadtec and I cannot put my finger on why it has changed so much to the bad in the recent months. How can a service business expect a client to wait three weeks for a technician to come out to solve a problem, when the problem is life safety related? When reaching out to the VP Kelly Webber, someone who benefitted from my professional referrals for many years, I left VMs on his cell phone and he never bothered to return my call. I think this might be part of the problem. I have since cancelled my service request, and I will be migrating my monitoring to a more reliable and responsive service provider.

THE WORSE SECURITY COMPANY! Very rude and undprofessional customer service. My office had a breakin and the alarm system didn’t even go off!!! Had a police report and told them they need to come & see what’s wrong with their system and they wanted to charge me for coming and take a look at their system. I would’ve given them -5 stars instead of 1 but that option is not available. DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Terrible customer service. They want to charge for everything. Customer for 1 month. System not working properly and they can’t FIX my system for days. I thought ADT was bad, but sheesh.
