Very good people to work for. Treat you with dignity and respect. I have enjoyed working for them. I am leaving because of age and some health issues, but I will miss the good people who I met there

(To good to be true) I showed up every day 15 to 20 minutes in advance but over sleep 1 time and was fired for a no call no show but it’s not all bad it’s easy to get the job with a license, and very good people work in the office but they aren’t really as understanding as they say they are. Really chill job though other than there narcissistic tendencies. I normally don’t do this but I know I didn’t deserve to be fired cause I am a really hard worker.

On Guard is a very good place to work. Not just saying that because I work fore them . I am saying it because it’s TRUE. They are a family owned and operated company. They welcome you to apply to work for them . not only are you their employee but you are like family . they hurt when you hurt . they will set down and let you talk to them to see just how much they can help or see if they know of someone that helps in that area of what you need . so apply to On Guard . show them what you got . I am often in the studio alone into the early morning hours in different locations– not always known ahead of time, (some scarier than others)..It is fantastic to not only have such quality security in general but the fact that i can rely on having the same trusted individuals wherever I need them, is only surpassed by the quality of their professionalism and care for what they do. which is caring for me and ensuring my safety.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with On Guard Security since I began using their security services for parties a little over a year ago. The security guards that have been sent to my events have been very professional and have had the utmost respect for me, my guests, and our rules and policies.
