I am tired of how this company nickel and dimes you on everything. You have to prepay service appointments versus most company’s services. Then they screw all regular customers by setting up a preferred service plan to extract more money and then give them preferred service times over regular customers who signed up with them in good faith. I had an issue that needed addressing and I got stuck for 3 weeks because I wasn’t preferred. They are just a money grab.

This company Nickles and dimes and doesn’t respond to emails. I’ve been requesting email bills for months. Have written to the higher ups, NO RESPONSE. Frustrated and half way through contract, so I can’t get out without paying. When you need help, you need to pay. Other alarm companies include technical service calls or visits included. On a regular basis, I have to disconnect my keypad from the wall. Unplug the battery, unplug the main unit. Plug it back in and put it back on the wall. If the batteries go bad in any sensor or keypad, buy your own.

Jim arrived ahead of schedule, replaced the outdoor camera in a prompt and efficient manner. He answered all of our questions about the possible cause of the camera malfunctioning, to our satisfaction. He was friendly and professional.

From Bob, the sales rep, to Jim, the awesome product installer, my experience with Vitex Smart Home has been awesome. I needed a solution to my weak Wifi outside. Bob and I talked about the options and came up with a solution. Jim, called and asked if he could come a little early. He told me exactly what he was doing. He straightened up my wifi box and it looks and functions well. He installed the WAP and the speed is amazing. Thank you Jim.
