I’ve been working with Advatech for about a year now, and they’ve been so helpful and professional. They have installed data cabling, security cameras, fire and burglar alarm, as well as speakers and music systems in our stores. Recently we had a retail theft occur, and Chris jumped in and helped us download the camera info so we could turn it over to the police within 2 hours of it happening. Within a week, an arrest was made for the theft. Awesome, friendly service and helpfulness you don’t get with other security companies. Thanks, Chris (and Matt, Tyler, John, and Garry too)!

We are excited to implement Axis bodyworn cameras in LODI. We hope that the cameras will provide great transparency of police activity for our community, increase trust in the actions of your police department and provide additional evidence to solve crime and increase understanding during any complaints. AdvaTech Systems – Technology of the Future was easy to work with. The open source ability with Axis allows us to implement a program with existing data storage and management programs already in use. This functionality made it possible for us to begin a bodyworn camera program at a reduced upfront cost. Customer service has been excellent. The cameras are of high quality and come with a 3 year warranty.

We were experiencing some network issues after a server update was performed on our end. Matt was very responsive! He listened intently to issues we were experiencing, and he the problem resolved in a matter of minutes. AdvaTech has been so easy to work with and so responsive, I truly can’t recommend them highly enough!
