I have been a 24inControl customer for well over 8 years, many moves 4 homes etc… and I won’t use anyone else. If you are a bit DIY, like flexible plans and EXCELLENT customer service look no further!!!

Recently decided to add a Zwave switch to my Smart panel, was a little unsure exactly which one to get. I was pleasantly surprised to get a response via Email to my query within a couple hours of sending my Email. This was on a Saturday and was really not expecting anyone to respond until the following Monday. I got my questions answered, was able to make a more informed purchase decision, and had my Zwave switch purchased and installed the next day without issue. This isn’t the first time I had sought support, and each and every time they absolutely go over and above. Great company, fantastic customer support! Thank you… 👍

I have interfaced with customer support several times and each and every time they are consummate professionals. Courteous, knowledgeable, patient, competent, savvy, and reliable. I recently spoke with Lior several times to trouble shoot and diagnose a problem (which had to do with our combined alarm/HVAC system) and Lior’s patience and ability to walk my husband and I through steps to eliminate possibilities was crucial in helping us figure out next steps and discover that it was, ultimately, an HVAC problem, which we have now resolved. I rarely feel so positive about a company and about competent professionals in the service industry. This team is A+.

This group and its support staff have been a wonderful experience particularly during this pandemic period when everyone has the excuse they are short of staff. Not 24inControl! When there is a problem they stick with you until that problem is solved. Fantastic experience!!!

Very helpful I have had 24 inControl for a few years now always been helpful and I recently had and issue with my panel and they were extremely helpful I highly recommend them for all security needs.

I’m not a review guy, but the service I’ve received from this company somewhat caught me off guard. My girlfriend and I recently bought our home as first time home owners, and a preexisting security system was already here. We called Alarm.com to see what our options were, because I was relatively clueless. We were told who not to use of the available diy services with Alarm.com by a friend, and 24incontrol was not on that list. From first contact, until now that they got us as a customer, the experience was superior. Even with ADT, and a few other local and large security providers in the pot, 24incontrol is the way to go. If you’re considering saving some more money and are okay with the DIY route, they will talk you through it! Give it a try! 10/10

I want to share with you how spectacular 24inControl DIY $ Alarm is. First, like everyone else, I was looking for a security system for my home. I called and all, but all the companies asked for a lot of money. When you call 24inControl, the prices are very low compared to other security monitoring companies. And you can call them and they will assist you quickly. Through them, I have been able to install the alarm system and the electronic door locks. And when I have the opportunity I will install more systems because the monthly payment does not amount to anything. I say it’s like I live in Fort Knox. I recommend 24inControl, because they provide excellent service and are not expensive. It is the best thing that has happened to me in getting a high caliber company. Don’t wait too long Thanks to 24inControl for their services

Trouble shooting with 24inControl and Alarm.com was a very positive experience for me. Both technicians were patient, courteous and listened to my concerns. It took some time but in the end, they resolved the setup issue in a most professional manner. I’m very satisfied and recommend highly 24inControl. I chose them initially because their website is comprehensive and user friendly. I’m a novice in installing a security alarm system but their customer service was responsive in offering troubleshooting tips despite being short staff due to Covid19. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.
