The Keri key card system they sold us constantly goes down. It’s unstable and it’s expensive to have a tech out to fix it. Their support manager is slow to return phone calls and I often have to call multiple times to even get assistance. They are rarely able to help over the phone even though I have a background in tech. I would not recommend the Keri system to anyone.

Great company, work with them for a while. We are a smaller company and generally have the best and most understanding customers. In total we have 10 people in office with 15 to 18 field technicians. We establish clear protocols during high peak service hours, and dedicate our scheduling project managers to accommodate as many customers we can in a given day.

Driver of van #49 was only going 60mph in the fast lane during morning rush hour traffic. I had a pile of cars behind me. He then proceeded to block me between other cars so i couldnt get around him. When i finally could pass him he was laughing hysterically. Terrible! I wouldnt want him servicing my home or business!!!
