We have been using Vyanet for over a decade and have been very happy with the product and Service. Have to give a BIG shout out to Bryan Gilles, our favorite tech. He never fails to thoroughly inspect the system (beyond what it is needed for the service call) to insure he can troubleshoot any issue before it happens. His professionalism, patience and caring exceeds expectation every time.

Brian was absolutely fantastic in every way. We have a large home and wanted to have our system thoroughly checked, which required someone very organized to keep track of all the various entry points, smoke alarms and motion detectors on two levels +garage. There was also some trouble shooting involved since we’d had our internet equipment completely reworked the previous day, which caused some problems with the alarm system. Brian checked everything very systematically and explained things in terms we could easily understand. He gave us solid advice and when he left we felt completely assured that nothing had been left unchecked or undone. Stellar job! Thank you!

Our tenant moved out stoped the monitoring fire panel service. Fire marshal called me told me I have to keep the monitoring going until the next tenant. I called Vynet to reestablish the service. A woman answered “hello” I asked is this Vynet? “ Oh yes it is she answered” I told her what I needed. She could not find the account said someone will call me back. Someone called back just as they were closing left a message. I called back left a message. That was a week ago. Have not heard from them since. Regional manager Mat reached out to make things right and apologized for missing my phone call. Adding 2 more stars.

Everything about my experience with Vyanet was top quality from design to install. Your team exhibited professionalism and knowledge and quickly answered all my questions. This shows me that you care about your customers. I would highly recommend them.

Vyanet is a great company to work with! Rob and Bruce are very knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions, suggestions, or just plain support. I hated that they had to work in the cold weather here in Klamath Falls, but just like the mailman, they continued on their job and got us up and running in no time at all. And most of all, the cameras they installed are the best I have ever seen!!

Was really excited to get cameras installed, but they never followed through. I was looking to get a large system installed and had someone out to give me a quote. We had a nice conversation and then I never received a quote and could never get through to their office to see if maybe my quote was still in process or got misplaced or if they had my email wrong. A month and many phone calls later I have given up and am pursuing a different security company .
