I recently had Premier Security Services installed. I did my research and read the reviews. Years ago I had a security system and was very unhappy with it and the customer service. This company and Chris deserve every 5 star review they receive. I contacted them via their website late one afternoon and received a call from Chris shortly afterwards My entire experience with Chris was fantastic and seamless. There was no pressure to choose Premier, the system, pricing and equipment were explained in detail. He answered all of my many questions. I scheduled an installation date and he installed and showed me how to use the system within a few hours. The quality of the camera and the recordings are fantastic. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality and functionality of the equipment. After the install every call or text I sent was answered by Chris almost immediately. I reached out to him with a problem I thought was system related but it turned out to be something I had done. He patiently figured out what was going on and restored the system. I also have to add that he went out of his way to find a solution for me when I requested a camera to be moved. I recommend Premier to anyone looking for an honest company that provides true customer service. Premier exceeded my expectations in every way I will be using Premier to install my doorbell and locks in June.

I have been a customer for years and always received fantastic service, monitoring rates are very reasonable if there is an issue with the equipment Chris is on the spot to fix things. I highly recommend this alarm company.

There are some services you want to trust and ignore. Security Systems come to mind. Most of the time we dont even think about who provides our service because it works and we have ZERO issues. Today, Premier Security updated connections on replacement windows. The service and smile were both wonderful. Chris was excellent to work with and we were reminded why we like Premier so much. This is a great company!
