I manage a large apartment community in southern NH and was in need of an alarm company to perform annual inspections. Hank and the rest of the team at Minuteman have been exceptional to work with! From the start, they have been nothing but helpful. They are prompt, responsive (huge!), and above all else, transparent. Everything is explained in a way where even someone who is non-industry related can understand and comprehend, which leads to building better relationships and trust. “I want to let people know we use Minuteman security systems to provide Fire alarm testing, managing sprinklers, elevator recall and some emergency lighting for over 3 million sqft of facilities. Great place to work and do business with. Being an employee, this may sound biased, but this is the first company I have worked for that offers 100% insurance for the employee. All technicians in the Security and Fire Alarm divisions are factory trained most with many years of experience. Sales staff listen to what the customer wants/needs and doesn’t try to sell them anything that don’t need or wont work with their existing equipment. The drive is to be a long term partner with our customers and help them plan for the future. We have very satisfied customers throughout numerous building/business types (Hospital/Medical, Assisted Living, Schools, Apartment/Condo complexes, Large and small commercial properties, etc). There is also tremendous growth potential in all divisions for anyone that might be interested in joining this fast growing, reputable company.

Always found Minuteman/Norris responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Shawna and her crew do an excellent job and would highly recommend them. We use them for our condo managed properties and know we are in good hands!
