I have been dealing with ESP for several years. They installed my extensive home camera system and I have had excellent service since. Recently my XVR unit needed replacing with an updated unit. Allen was sent out and had me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. He explained everything clearly and I’m more than happy with the update. A+ Company.

I thought I had a problem with my system and was looking to get a sensor replaced. With the cost of the sensor and the service call it would have cost me around $200. I spoke with Geoff who suggested a fix that cost me $4.62! It’s nice to deal with a business that isn’t out for the buck and was honest with me.

Jeff and Alen were our technicians during the installation of our security cameras and both were very professional, efficient, on time and kept a tidy work space so we were able to conduct regular business. We had five security cameras installed around our building and the pictures are not only clear, but there’s no time lag so everything is captured in real time. Alen showed up a few days later to make sure everything was running smoothly and answer any questions that might have come up since the installation. The quality service and products have made our work environment a much safer place, which was much needed. We feel comfort knowing that if we encounter any problems with the system down the road, we can contact Electronic Security Protection Inc. with no hesitation.

Per the announcement in 2020 that my security system would need replacing before the end of 2021 as 3g system needed to be changed out to 4g, technician came in July and while here also installed a new battery. When I received my invoice, it was quite a bit higher than the estimated quote provided in December of 2020. I reached out to Stephanie who in turn reached out to Geoff as I was concerned of the steep increase based on the estimate. I understand the price of doing business is way different than in 2020, but I also felt I needed to share my concerns where the actual invoice was quite a bit different than the estimate I received. The reason I like ESP is because Geoff always does the right thing and stays true to his word. In this case, he honored my quoted estimate. Stephanie is always so helpful as well. Thank you ESP!

Just one annoying time wasting thing after another. Could not arm the system on hold for 45 min because it was after hours. This happened many times over 2 years. We canceled when there were about 2 weeks that we got one problem after another. Could not change the batteries ourselves had to get a guy out here $120 charge. We switched to Simply Safe.

Did not actually use this company’s services, however the owner provided boxes for us during our move. They were very helpful and accommodating & their team seems like a family. They have provided security system solutions for “homeowners, police and fire officials, police and fire departments, educational facilities, municipal buildings and business/corporations.”
