This is a pt second job for me 2 days per week & I actually think the office staff are nice I also like the site im at …it isn’t the site as much as it is very simple …the problem lies for me that they trying waaaaay too hard to be “Security of the world Craig !” lol the site security wise is inefficient & posses to much inconvenience & they take it way too serious !…if you want to be technology based rule #1 MAKE SURE YOUR TECHNOLOGY WORKS…every time I use their site phone which is their “base” for everything, I shouldn’t have to RESTART THE DEVICE EVERY SINGLE TIME I finish using a feature..you have to clock in/out about 3 or 4 different ways they keep the keys to the shack way across the site yard (instead of simply having a lock box nearest to the shack) their 24 hour Dispatch Center🙆🤦they are barely understandable …and they(Dispatch) called me at 1230am inquiring about my shift /when was it ?? ! 🙆🤦they need to keep it simple for real at least this particular post …this along with the inconvenience of shift hours nor can you leave site on your lunch has caused me to turn in my resignation after only 2 weeks being employed with them…im a firm believer my second job shouldn’t be more aggravating than my full time ! 🤦but the owner & his staff are actually cool !

Pay is sub par even for working a steady 40 hour government offices post plus they offer zero health benefits nor any kind of advancement or raises. One big plus with a small company like CPS you don’t have to deal with all of the dirty politics like at security giants such as AUS or the former G4S. Keep looking
