The professionals at BCT Alarm recommended a water alarm for my sump pump last year. That suggestion saved our basement last Wednesday. The alarm went off and when I checked the sump pump, the main pump was barely keeping up and the secondary was not functioning. I quickly replaced the bad pump and an hour later both pumps were running non stop to keep up. Had I not had the alarm the damage would have been catastrophic. Thank you Brian and the rest of the team!!!

Can I send ZERO STARS? I would like a refund of my last month before I contact the attorney general. Friday March 31, 2023 I had ABC fire here to do my annual Backflow and Panel test. You failed to answer your phone, you failed to respond to two different e-mails sent to you on two different email address’ and to beat it all you left a voicemail on Saturday at 7:00PM stating there was no power to my system at 5:00pm. Worst service I have ever seen!

BCT alarm services does a terrific job. They recently completed a major installation for us. This included alarm and camera services. Brian, Jenn, Bill and the entire team delivered in a professional, timely and accurate manner. Trust all your alarm and camera needs to them. They do not disappoint.

BCT Alarm is great!! Brian, Sarah, Tim and the staff are amazing and easy to work with. There are a lot of DIY alarm options these days, however having an alarm done by a local professional is the way to go. The install crews are professional, neat and efficient. Having a local person to speak with after the work is complete is a huge plus.

BCT is awesome. Brian the owner is always willing to help explain all the options that are available and he is so easy to work with. Sara who runs the office is extremely efficient and always takes care of whatever needs come up. So thankful for all they do for us.
