App not available in other country. No warning before your purchase. Shame!! No reason for a locker and an app work only in some country !

Astonishingly good customer service. Quick: understanding and responsive. No solicitations. To the point. Q remains, however: if CALIBRATION is the ESSENTIAL step, is there a reason for NOT including it into the manual ? Yes, there is a TROUBLESHOOTING guide, however, there is nothing on the calibration there. It took us 15 mins on Sat to get things straight. Bravo! It might have taken us 0, should Kwikset print calibration instructions in BOLD. Enjoy your safety!

Lock worked for 2 years and then kept getting jammed. Had to jiggle it to get it to open. Removed it, cleaned it. Tried powder and liquid graphite and still jamming. Called customer service and got disconnected or hing up on. I was polite and in the middle of giving info. Apparently there is no warranty. Will try Schlage. If we all keep giving money to bad companies they stay in business and keep producing junk. Look to locksmith stores to buy your locks and not the big box stores. You will get the security and warranty you need to protect your family and belongings in these difficult times. Bless you all and best wishes!

I have always used Kwikset Door locks. They are very well made. In fact I am still using my beautiful and ornate two part lock system. The dead bolt on top is still working perfectly. But the bottom latch system is broken (the knob is stuck and does not turn anymore). None of the new locks similar to mine look as nice and would cover the area used by my lock. Is there a possibility to purchase the inside of the bottom latch lock? Any suggestions will be very helpful. Thank you.
