I scheduled at least a week in advance & agreed to pay $160 an hour. During the scheduling call I made sure they knew whey they were coming: We needed 2 new cell phones setup on their app because it wouldn’t work after we switched from our old phones & we had a camera that needed repositioned. Their technician was supposed to be at my home between 10a.m. – Noon today 10/11/23. Did not show up at my door until 1.23 p.m. only after I made 3 calls to their office. The Technician had a laptop and monotor & had no idea why she was here. She did not know the system password & when she called the owner he did not either. Yes my system is 5yrs old but they had no record of ever installing my system or cameras. At that point my wife & I had enough and told the technician to get out of our ur house and they were not getting paid. Get this; my wife & I are in the roomwith this GAUL to say out loud to her boss over the ohone “stay on the ohone with me, they are being very aggressive towards me”. Really! she was told to get out of my home and that is it. What an absolute terrible experience. If I could give them a rating of zero I would.

I deal with a LOT of companies, everything from roofing to accounting software to HVAC and hardware stores, you name it. I have never been more impressed with any of them than I have been with Hawkeye. If a company gets things right in one or in a couple of areas, that’s a plus in my book. But, often I find that there may be strengths, as well as weaknesses. (And I admit, there are some companies with few to no strengths in my personal opinion.) Hawkeye stands above the rest kind of like Stark Tower in the Avengers. Your customer service is top notch whether I speak with the owner or someone else. Your technicians know exactly what they are talking about, and search out answers as they continue to build the relationship. Your billing is clear and concise. I have known exactly what to expect from the first quote all the way through install, to my monthly charges. I’m not trying to imply that there will never be an issue, or that I expect your company to perform perfectly. I’m just saying that in a world where companies seem to strive for mediocre, yours blows me away with excellence. Thank you for instilling confidence, and for being the gold standard. We appreciate you, and your great team at Hawkeye!

Kent was our service technician. He did an absolutely great job. Went out of his way to make sure the system was running correctly before he left. He cleaned up after he finished and took us through the details of our system. I will use Hawkeye for all my electronics needs and I recommend them highly. Ask for Kent!

Don’t do business with this place unless you keep track of your payments and will be ready to submit proof of payment to them if need be because multiple people from this company will send you multiple invoices each month then expect for you to pay duplicate invoices for one account. 🙄 The monitoring service was good and the equipment is nice but employees doesn’t seem to have a clue as to what’s happening! I don’t like poor customer service. Poor customer service can ruin everything.

Our phone system suddenly went dead. Our previous phone repair company went out of business and we couldn’t find anyone else. Out of desperation, we called Hawkeye just in case they could help. I wish we would have called them sooner! We called them at the end of the day, and they sent Kent here first thing the following morning. Within an hour and a half, they had our phone system up and running, just like before. In addition, he showed us what had caused the problem so we would understand what happened. Hawkeye is now our first call when we have phone issues!

When seeking to cancel monitoring service with Hawkeye because of a substantially better monthly rate from Brinks, Hawkeye repeatedly would not return my calls and continues to charge me approximately $43 monthly on my AMEX card for monitoring service. Hawkeye’s WiFi sending unit has been replaced by Brinks and Hawkeye no longer is capable of detecting an alarm activation.
