Corbbin was knowledgeable on all aspects of the design. In spite of difficulty with power outages and cellular availability due to the hurricane, we were still able to complete the design. Corbin did an excellent job helping to resolve connection issues. We couldn’t meet at the HomePro design center and were still able to do it in a zoom session. Worked great!

7/15 Update. An appointment was scheduled to fix the issue on (7/15) through Perry Homes. As Homepro won’t return my calls. No matter how many times me calling them. Can’t speak to a responsible person. (Initially it was scheduled for 7/8 which was cancelled by them due to Beryl storms. That is understandable. 7/8 and 7/15 appointment were scheduled by them without consulting me, which is ok. I confirmed this appointment after speaking to a customer care rep and also I have received a text from Homepro on 7/12 confirming the same (7/15 appointment). Knowing Homepro I called them earlier than 12-4pm window period given to me. Again different stories from customer care rep –on schedule to come as confirmed, then –its never been confirmed because i didn’t call them. We live in 21st century with all the technologies around. I don’t know what archaic technology they use. imagine the fate of our customers(please note that I have spoke a live person and received a text from them) –now rescheduled to another date. will update you. (Time to hire a lawyer, though) ********** I took this sentence out from another reviewer (please see below). Appreciate t. you saved my time. Just taking your money and does a ridiculous job. CAT6 wiring is a mess. I believe they knowingly does this. No application of common sense whatsoever. Customer care rep are rude and wants to terminate calls. I can’t believe Perry Homes use homepro service even after BBB review of 1 star. With courtesy “Planning process is smooth and easy if you have basic knowledge what you want. HomePro does have right suggestion and have enough option for your project. Installing the alarm system is fast and worked. Now the complaint parts 1. Hard to reach back after appointment. Send multiple mails and call. Wasting a lots of time to connect the right person 2. Unprofessional wiring on CAT6 wire. This is totally unacceptable wiring for CAT6. Recommend everyone should check your networks outlet behind the cover. 3. I have some pre wire for camera outside under roof. There are 2 wire per location. The way they leave the tail is ridiculous. They only leave one wire outside the hole and taped second wire few inch behind the first wire. Very hard to pull second wire out unless you widen the hold or try to find the second wire tip blindly”.

Shanice and Jasmine helped us and are awesome! We love your service. It has never had hiccups and you guys are very good with calling HPD as they show up right away. Your cameras are very nice with night vision and high definition. Sensors are perfect. We are enjoying your protection and the ability to talk and see everything in real time no matter what time of the day it is and no matter where we are. A job done very well!!! 😊
