I have called several times to get help with my outside camera, and an inside monitor, without resolve. I have tracked down a technician that passed our home, asking for help. He was trying to find an address on Pinnacle, but couldn’t find it himself. I found the home and took him there. I asked him if he could stop by our home that was on his way out of our community and help us out. He said he would… He did not. That was several months ago. We have fulfilled our contract and now will discontinue their (uhhh) service. I have had ADT service previously in another state, but this is a whole different animal here. We are very disappointed! 😞

Don’t recommend these adt cameras at all please this is coming from someone who been having the cameras and alarm for more then 1 year and having problems with them every day camera will not record for long time and can’t replay camera back for me then 10 days I have got something stolen out of my garage and tried to see but camera did not do the job and couldn’t see who toke my motorcycle Another problem you can them and take long time to respond to you and when you set up an appointment they take long time to come or sometimes they don’t even come at all unless you called them more than five times I really don’t recommend these cameras at all recommend any type of cameras but not these worst decision I have ever made to be a adt subscriber

I agree with the other bad reviews. ADT was suppose to come out w week and a half ago. After five calls to them missing the window of 1-5OPM no one called or showed up. 6:30PM, 7:30PM. No show no call. Then we reschedule for today again no show no call. After calling them again today was told they would not be here today even thought they assured us they would. I agree the company and the customer service is trash. Know looking for another security service refuse to pay to be lied to.

I wouldn’t do business’ with ADT even if it would bring back my dead dog… I loved that dog too. WORST company I’ve ever worked with. These people are thieves DO NOT sign up for anything!!!!!

If zero stars were an option I’d have selected that. ADT took over our service from reliant, who installed a faulty system then couldn’t fix it. Adt came on scene and basically said they’d send someone several months ago, Noone came, I asked again, they said in a week. I’ve been paying full price for a faulty system for over a year. If it’s not too late, save yourself, do not sign up with ADT, they are the most expensive, have poor customer support, and generally unresponsive, unhelpful about keeping your system properly functioning. The customer service person I talked to had the nerve to tell me I signed a contract with adt until 2025 and if I wanted to cancel their “service ” it would cost 1500bucks. That is not accurate Shame on this company.

Do not buy services here! They will miss your scheduled appointment. Then say what they need to say to get you to sign your contract and will not provide all requested services after. Bait and switch! Jimmy Dawodu dishonestly offered me services and I’ve requested them over and over with him with providing excuses with no result. Be honest representatives. Can’t believe this is how ADT representatives operate!

Horrible service! They come to your home to upscale you and not install anything you actually requested! All for their equipment to also not work! They install alarm detectors outside of your house to alert the rest of the neighborhood when your alarm is armed and disarmed!!! Their customer service is completely trash!!!!!!! Nobody knows anything and they are so useless.
