Most unprofessional company I ever applied. I told them many times that I didn’t had a license and they still told me to apply and that they had positions that don’t require a license. So I went to the hiring event and was offer a position and I accepted. While I was waiting for my background to come back. They send me the paperwork which I did. The background took about 4 days to come. They withdraw the offer because they said I indicated I had license which I made it clear that I didn’t. Also they very rude people. Also I heard they hold people checks. Just do your research because they love wasting people time.

when something happens at a job site and you try to tell someone about it but dont get listened to, you quit. then you get told youre not rehirable bc of a reason that NEVER happened.. been trying for weeks to talk to someone to change the status but getting avoided. worst place ever in my opinion. work somewhere else.

Made it to orientation and walked out 20 mins later, they were rude, making you pay for extra classes and uniform, told me I was going to 3 different job locations, told me 3 different hourly pays, so unorganized. Now I understand the ratings.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 stars I Would I had orientation October 8th didn’t nobody communicate with me after that on a start date , kept calling calling no answer finally got a call to start November 8th !!!!! I start and my badge doesn’t have access for 2 weeeksssss so they kept sending me home , NOT TO MENTION I HAVENT GOTTEN PAID AND I STARTED NOVEMBER 8th ITS DECEMBER 6th …. -100000/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL PLAY WITH YOUR MONEY AND NO MANAGER ANSWERS THE PHONE SO THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT & IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO IS MISSING MONEY , EVEN SUPERVISORS !!!! DO NOT WORK HERE THEY ARE A JOKE FOR A COMPANY

I’ve been an employee of Securitas for over 3 years, almost 4 years. As with any other company there are ups and downs, good people and bad people. In my experience, as long as you do your job, pay attention, and be open and honest with the management, it’s a great place to work. If you have trouble with your attendance, can’t stay off your cell phone, or come in everyday with an attitude of course you’re going to have a bad time. Over all it really is a good place to work, and the majority of the people are wonderful to work with.

I worked there I had an doc appt. Which I explained to my dm I was going Todo my shift and he cussed me out so unprofessional no wander why they can’t keep employees
