I received the ADT Dome Camera MDC845 that I ordered from Zions Security promptly and fast. When Installing the camera into the ADT Command Platform it was simple and a breeze. I managed to have the camera up and operational with 1 hour. The 1080P camera has excellent view and capture any activity around your property.

This company is outstanding in terms of service and answering questions. I found them to be courteous, prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. My biggest criticism is their live chat pop up It is extremely annoying. It gets in the way and continues to pop up after being closed again and again. It said it was live and that I was next in the queue but no one ever responded. I would not hesitate to order from them in the future and using the text vehicle for communication works very well.

Ordered replacement backup battery for our home alarm system from Zion’s website. Their site having pictures made me sure I was ordering the correct part. And their site seems to carry only actual OEM part that exactly matched what I was replacing. All the other online vendors have “knock-off” parts who claim the same specs but I’m not trusting family’s security and safety to chance like that.

I needed a key to security Box because a service tech took my key from a service call. The key arrived on time for the specified security box , and was the exact fit!!!!I actually asked another service Tech about the key but was given misinformation saying that they could only break the box open😐which made no sense. With a little research I was able to locate Zions, which sent the key with no delays and exactly what i needed !!.I would highly recommend Zions for replacements parts when needed for alarm or similar systems!!!!

Our ADT security control panel door broke so I called them and they directed me to Zions Security Alarms. I spoke with Theresa, she was so helpful. The door came without stickers, Theresa sent them out to us right away. Zions has great customer service and Theresa is definitely an asset to their support team!
