Be careful visiting any section 8, horrible policy, management changing apartments(Park place Apartments) who could care less about their tenants as they do not provide guest passes but say guest are allowed to park in their tenants spot which is written in their lease agreement. Even worse is this company(Vigilant Private Security) that seems to be allowing anybody to use their name as they none of the miners match up with anything I’ve found and the address is no where near me. This raises the question, who am I supposed to see if there’s no office. I also think this so called company is working with tow companies to get extra money out of people by towing cars on weekends without having proper paperwork to get an extra $100 out of tenants. Super shady and can’t get a legit answer from them which makes it harder to take care of.

I am currently an employee of the company and and have been for almost 5 years. Management has been kind and gracious to me time and time again. They care about their workers, and they care about their clients as well. For the workers, they will work with you on your schedule as much as they possibly can. Dispatch is always available to answer any questions. For the clients, they strive to be the best and most reliable security company that they possibly can. I wouldn’t recommend any other security company.

They will not work with you if you have no transportation and will definitely waste your time . As a military vet I recommend some other organization and will be letting other military organizations to look elsewhere cause this company isn’t worth it . I recommend garda or allied atleast they work with your school schedule

They offer good security and my contact Alma was efficient and professional. It was a very pleasurable experience. Mark was also quick and efficient at programming the unit. Satisfaction was so good, I got another unit.
