Our home alarm has been serviced and monitored by Advanced Alarm Technologies for at least ten years. To say that I have been pleased with their service is an understatement. Their people are wonderful to work with and always make sure that I am happy with my system. I have had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners and I can say that the great people at this company run from the bottom to the top. If you are using another alarm service, you are paying too much and not getting the service you could have.

We have been very satisfied clients of ATT for ten years. Everyone we have dealt with has been responsive, friendly, courteous and, most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. ATT recently updated our alarm system and, as they have done in the past, all of our questions and concerns were patiently answered before we decided which options were best for us, and then, during the installation, they fully demonstrated and explained how the system worked and everything we needed to know to operate it. The cost of the new system was very reasonable and their monitoring fees are extremely fair, maybe even modest. We definitely plan to continue our relationship with ATT as long as we live within their service area.

Since moving to Nashville in 2005, I have been very pleased with AAT’s affordability, customer service, and technology. The hi-tech system is super easy to use, allows for multiple, individual codes (great for knowing who is coming in and out), has mobile app capabilities, and battery backup in case of a power outage. Their service techs are polite, respectful, well-trained and knowledgeable. When I had my system updated in May 2023, one of the techs who came had been here 18yrs prior, installing the original. Alarm responses are quick—though it’s always been us setting it off! Response Center calls go through a call tree that I determine, which is great. Billing is easy, with discount for annual up-front payment, and they actually answer the phone when you call! I feel like they truly value their customers, new and old; I’m not just a number interrupting their day, like some other places. Bottom line, I highly recommend Advanced Alarm Technologies. (No, I do not work for the company. I am simply a very happy, long-time customer!)

I’ve been an Advanced Alarm cut customer for over 14 years and look forward to being their customer for many years to come. What attracted me to Advanced Alarm was that they were endorsed by Dave Ramsey. My friend also recommended them, so when we decided to install an alarm, it was a no-brainer. We’ve never regretted our decision. In fact, we upgraded to a state of the art wireless system today. The few times we’ve needed to contact Advanced Alarm, they have been responsive. Before sending a technician on-site, they try to problem solve over the phone to save me a service call. I like that! Company turnover is low. I’m familiar with the employees. The few times we’ve accidentally triggered the alarm, we are contacted by the monitoring company almost immediately. That gives me peace of mind. Excellent value for the price! Excellent company to work with.
