Was almost hit by a American hawk security guard car this morning walking my dog. Don’t know how good of a security company they could be with such little regard for human life.

Triple A Coach LLC was scheduled to provide security training required by the city of Colorado Springs to an employee of American Hawk Security. The training consist of everything that the employee would need to get their security guards license with firearms and concealed firearms enforcement within the city of Colorado Springs as per city Code 2.3.2. In addition I was also going to provide training and a certificate for the employee to apply for her personal CCW outside of her security work – at no additional cost. The manager, someone by the name of Phillip, advised that everything was good to go that I should schedule the training as the company was to pay for the training in question. I promptly advised him that payment would need to be made upfront by a certain date, otherwise the training would need to be rescheduled. Both the employee and the manager of American Hawk Security ghosted all communication attempts even though we had scheduled several days of training, totaling 28 hours minimum to meet code requirements. I would never do business with this company because of their unprofessionalism and their apparent lack of customer support. If I were in the business of hiring a security company to secure my business organization, structure, building, or of the nature, I would never hire this company!! I would go to another company that is more professional and has their clients interest at heart.

My experience with this company is so different from the Strange reviews they almost look like they’re not credible reviews at all. This company had none of the effects of the past reviews. I am a non-biased partisan that is looking at the quality of the work environment that they work in and I’m also looking at the professionalism per person, this company has worked from Vail Aspen, Louis Vuitton, and other prominent companies throughout the Colorado area I know for a fact that this company is not only The best Security that we as a company have ever experienced. We hear at Louis Vuitton have seen some of the most aggressive excellence in security with this company. We have hired them over and over again and we will continue to hire them. There is not one negative review, they come in professional, and they leave professional, everything that they have offered us has helped us with several different cases and we disagree We have seen on this site reviews. We also have hired them privately and there are other hotels and apartment complexes parking lots. Worked for us and other affiliates of ours. This is an excellent company.

Was in the southgate home depot yesterday and saw American Hawk security had a person there. My wife and I were there for 2 hours getting materials for our home remodel. What a joke!!! The first (guard) a black female, wasnt even in a uniform and wore a yellow traffic vest. We thought she was a parking lot attendant. Later there was a black male there who wore a uniform shirt (untucked) and was on his cell phone the entire time we saw him. He even sat in a handicapped cart most of the time. As a former police officer I see this company as totally unprofessional and a shame to the field of security.

I worked Armed Security for Allied Universal, Securitas, S.A.S.S. Force and Gen1. THOSE places are absolute jokes. American Hawk is the friendliest, most family like bunch, while being professional and doing their job as Post Command Dictates.

Just how God awful, rude, and unprofessional this business operates is pretty astounding. I show up on my lunch break for a fingerprinting appointment scheduled a week in advance and no one is there. The technician for the fingerprints is stranded with me outside, getting no response from AHS saying that this has happened before. I call them, someone answers says he’ll be right there and call me back soon (never happened). Recognizing I am going to be late getting back to work, the technician sets up her gear outside. It’s a ridiculous process taking place in the hallway and by the time it’s over (bless her heart) I was supposed to be clocked in. As soon as I get a chance, I call asking for a refund. The insecure guy who picks up the phone defensively demands “Why should I give you a refund?” I tell him exactly what happened and he answered, “No, I’m not giving you anything.” This man and this business should not be allowed to operate for a single second longer based on how little care, compassion, or consideration this guy and that team have for their PAYING customers who help keep them alive. By far one of the worst business run by one of the worst people I’ve had to ever interact with so far.

You’d think they would have staff there when you make a specific appointment for a specific time on a specific day. Waited 10 minutes for someone just to show up. If you schedule something with them just don’t expect your appointment to be on time or even happen
