4 months agoI was twice lied to by this company. In December, I knew we were selling our house in 2 months. As part of the renewal, I was told I would receive a pro-rata refund if I paid the full 12 month payment at renewal – so I went ahead and renewed. After the sale of my house, they stalled and stalled. Finally, they confirmed I would receive a refund and actually gave me the exact amount. They said a check had been cut that day and would be sent out the following day. No check arrived. When I emailed again (probably the 15th email on the topic), they said the refund was denied by “an officer of the company”. They are now refusing to respond to my emails.

7 months agoSold a part on eBay to this company which was in good working order when it was removed. They are demanding a refund even though my return policy clearly states no refunds and parts sold as is. The part was working fine and had pictures on eBay of system powered up. I even went to go as far as help them with programming options by sending a screenshot a page from the install guide. They had left me a bad false review stating board does not work and had no response from seller even though I messaged them back with 15 minutes of their message.

8 months agoOk canceled my service back in august , before my contract ended, with over payment, still never been refunded, but now they sent a balance from -247.00 down to -9.15 for figure

a year agoAbsolutely terrible service. Still awaiting service on a carbon monoxide detector from 3 weeks ago. Please run from this company for your service if you want to be protected

a year agoI was able to get service immediately and Billy came to my house. Wow what an awesome service tech 🙂 he was so personable, patient and he knew what the problem was right away. Thank you Rob for sending an amazing technician to my home.

a year agoThe worst customer service ever!! It took 1/2 hour to get anyone on the phone during normal business hours. They send a serviceman out to fix a problem but he leaves without checking his poor unfinished work. They are rude and unsympathetic to their mistakes. I will be finding a new alarm company for sure!!!

a year agoI have been a customer for several years and in the past year twice my alarm has gone off and the alarm company did not reach my home and they did not reach my neighbor who is supposed to be called. They said they did I have an answering machine and I have a call log nobody tried to reach my home or my neighbor. I would definitely not recommend this company and I want to cancel my contract. It used to be melon security and they were very good company

2 years agoI ordered service to be installed and nobody shows up. I call every extension and you get a voice message. What ever happened to the time when an actual person just answered the phone? I will not do business with any company that has no customer service. Mark King Boca Pointe
