If you are in need of security equipment Matt at A1 is amazing. My company was in need of a very complex system and “No” or “We can’t” is not in his vocabulary. Matt presented my team with multiple options and got us an amazing system at a very reasonable price.

Can not really express how happy I am with these guys’ service and expertise. I had gotten a quote from two other AV companies to put in a media room, security cameras, and speakers throughout the house. I was completely SHOCKED by the cost. Matt came in and designed a plan that did almost all that had been quoted to me for a fraction of the price. The installation went smoothly and I am perfectly happy with the results. Don’t go with another company before you give these guys a chance. . .or it might just cost you way more than it needs to!

Our camera system went down. Fortunately we had Jagger, the courteous, thorough, and highly competent tech who exhaustively checked the system and replaced the device which failed. He came on time and made sure that I understood how to work everything after the upgrade. A1 is number 1!

From start to finish this entire team has been amazing. Ms. Amanda really worked with us through getting things scheduled and sorted out. Mr. Matt for really going above and beyond to get us situated with an amazing system that we’re very happy with. Mr. Troy, Mr. Jagger, Mr. Luis, and Mr. Chris from the install team were excellent and made sure the system was set up properly and checked in with us throughout the entire setup process to ensure we liked the cameras positioning, where the NVR was set in our house and a thorough training session with how to use the equipment afterwards. This entire team has been excellent in answering all of our questions, very prompt in coming out when we needed help with the system, and were very courteous and professional during the whole process. This team went even further in upgrading our system when we were having trouble with some of the functionality on a few of the cameras. These guys visited our house 3 times in the span of a week to make sure we were completely satisfied. I could not recommend these guys enough. Though I only briefly spoke to Mr. Kane he was professional and courteous in helping to get the very small issue we had resolved. Overall an excellent team and I really appreciate all of the effort everyone put in to make sure we were satisfied with our system. Thank y’all very much.
