Jonathan G. with Emergency Network had to come replace a transmitter in my office the other day, he was right on time, knowledgable, professional and friendly. It is rare today to get someone live on the phone, to have a call returned within 24 hours or for a company to be that concerned about your service. ENS makes you feel like you are their most valued customer out of what you know that they must have hundreds. I sent one email that there was an indicator light on my panel and within 2 hours a representative was at the building and so crazy friendly. Service whether in person or over the phone is such a great experience with this crew! On behalf of Strength Sensei, thank you so much!
