Good luck if you need any after service . Your business has failed service ; they don’t respond and fix easily and it appears that their front desk lady has her own favorites whom to fix first and who to linger on . Go for a reliable large company who have technicians . Their owner Jeff was real good one time as he responded himself but now things have changed unfortunately . Sad to see another small business go down .

Thus far, the customer service and sales representative have been very attentive and professional. The two service technicians, Chris and Robert, who are installing our new system, have been great to work with. They have been professional, courteous and have provided excellent customer service thus far. Chris and Robert have answered all our questions and were willing to make changes during the installation process to satisfy our requests. They have gone above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy with our security system and their service.

Just wanted to start off by saying if you want a Top Notch Security System installed right then AM-TEC S. Is the Best Company for the Job! I work for a well Established Mulit Million Dollar Corporation that has been securing customer’s belongings for over 30yrs and recently Am-Tec has been one of the key factors to our success in regards. Installing State Of The Art Equipment in our most prominent Property’s there’s no doubt that the Biggest shout out would go to none other then “Chris Alloway” and Rob their Main most Valuable Tech’s They will ensure you’re system is perfect with NO issues & all questions answers with a smile! We have been loyal customers of Am-Tec Security for 30 years after we were burglarized and in need of a security system. At that time, Jeff was the owner and main installer, and the company was small. Throughout the years, we have felt very safe with this system, and it has performed flawlessly. We have occasionally set it off accidentally, and the monitoring system/station works well also. Fast forward to today….we were offered to upgrade our system- new control panels and keypads. Our 2 installers arrived before our appt. time (yay!!), unheard of these days, it seems. They were extremely professional and courteous. Nowadays, there is so much more technology, and Am-Tec has kept up to date with it all. We discussed the option of not using the land line anymore and having a radio installed to communicate with the monitoring station, and thereby being able to use a cell phone app to alarm and disarm the system. They were not pushy at all to sell the radio ($140ish), and just let us decide. And of course we opted to go that route (no more land line!!!). They walked us through the phone app, showed us how to alarm/disarm, how to view history, etc. And the nice thing is that anyone can download the app, and with our username and password, can do the same. Makes it a great option for house sitters!! Way to go, Am- Tec!! If you are considering a security system, take a hard look at Am- Tec. You will never be disappointed!!
