Me and my fiance went with a local, reputable company and ordered a deluxe package: 2 ringcams, 3 keypad deadbolts, 4 perimeter cameras, 8 window sensors, and a smoke detector fire alarm component that coordinates with the fire department. We were very pleased by thier timely installation. Daniel and Jim were very nice and professional. Would totally recommend them to friends and family or anyone that asks about our security system.

We had become disgusted with the customer-no-service we had been receiving from one of the national home security providers, and decided to try a local company. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Safe & Sound! They were responsive and informative, and developed a bid that gave us more product and services, for less money. I was particularly impressed with Adam the estimate and Daniel the installer. These two had great communication- and customer service- skills, as well as being knowledgeable and professional. They provided all of the items we needed, and didn’t try to up-sell us on services we didn’t want. Also, their equipment is top-notch. If I could give these folks 6 stars, I would.

Safe & Sound Alarm Systems put installed an alarm and door lock. I can remotely set entry codes for users or simply let them in. From the beginning to the end, they were excellent to deal with. I really appreciated their recommendations, and they familiarized me with the new system so it was a snap to use. I will call them first the next time I need these services. Meanwhile, they are monitoring my alarm, so I get to look forward to a long term relationship with them.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed my wife and and I were with your system installer Daniel Frazier. He was very informative, cordial, thorough, polite, and competent. In addition, we accidentally found a water leak in our crawl space due to Daniel’s question about our Water Cop and its sensors. I have a plumber coming tomorrow to fix the water leak. Les

Outstanding service and superior quality equipment at the right price. Their app and website is very user-friendly, it took me only a few minutes to learn it. I highly recommend this company. Daniel is our installer and he has always prompt, professional and knows his stuff! Use them, you won’t regret it.
