Maximus Universal Protection Services is top-of-the-line! They were able to be on site within two-and-a-half hours of us calling them. They remained on site for 16 hours a day to guard our job site. They guarded our job site for 3 Days successfully. There were no issues. There was always somebody there. Their security officers are nice, friendly, and experienced. I really enjoyed working with Max and his team and I will be using them again in the future. I suggest them to anyone that needs a good security Services. Also you cannot beat their pricing. They have the best pricing in Austin!

Do not work here! No benefits or incentives offered, you have to waste your gas and time to pick up your check from the office cause the owners can’t be bothered to provide direct deposit for the benefit of their “employees”, there’s no communication, no growth opportunities, no training or classes offered for employees, you get scheduled for work with no notice, no pto or sick days. Some guards don’t even have licenses. They also hire people whom are disrespectful to fellow- coworkers and clients and have no care for their appearance or job. They will fire you without warning or 2 weeks notice yet expect you to give 2 weeks notice. Do not work here. They Do Not take care of their “employees”.

Maximus universal security protection services are the best! We have utilized their services for two years now, at one of our most challenging times their security patrol came to the rescue and made our community feel safe again. Kim is amazing, professional & dependable. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

This officer here at the super Mercado poco loco here on Airport blvd was very rude and confrontational. Even though I identified myself as the sergeant of a different security company. Had I not conducted myself within the professional realm of a security staff the this situation could’ve been very bad to include exchange of gunfire or worse then when I called the operational manager he refuse to identify himself and was very defensive of his officers unprofessional conduct. I definitely intend to file a complaint with DPS. As a supervisor it’s unbelievable that the owner would defend the unprofessional conduct of his officer. With the defense of a sign that’s non visible if the doors are open says a lot about the professional ethics of this company. I advise any one to visit the DPS website about this company and file a complaint if you ever have any altercation or confrontation with. One of their officers.
