Everyone in the IMPERIAL Surveillance is amazing from Brandon to all the ppl… but a Special mention to Ms. Denise ☺️ she was soo patient soo sweet and guided thru everything, gave options and was willing to make it happen as it is her issue… thanks soo much as it makes me the customer take in pride that we are in association with a company that takes matters of ours seriously and as their own. The tech James was very knowledgeable on our Protege wx card reader system. He explained everything very well as he helped us navigate through the programming menus and work hands on with cards and fobs. All our questions and concerns were answered.

Company Imperial surveillance – is awesome. They attempted to fix my issue remotely and when that didn’t work they sent someone out. James O. was very nice and helpful. He was even able to fix a camera that was once told needs to be replaced.
