This has been the worst security system company. We have had issues with our panel system for our complex and have had to call for a technician to come out each month and each month there has been some sort of issue. With the most recent issue we have had we were emailed “directions” on what to do in order to reset the panel from it beeping constantly and it did not work. We have requested for them to send someone out here to handle the issue and have received poor customer service. We do not recommend this company for any complex or properties that are seeking a security monitoring system. They only have one technician for all of Lubbock area and if you need someone afterhours you will need to wait 2 1/2 hours for them to send their on call technician from Amarillo.
