I want to compliment the work and patience both gentlemen showed in explaining and checking and double checking the changes to our system. We called TAS a few days ago about updating our security alarm (from 2006). The gentleman we talked to was extremely patient and helpful. Unfortunately, we did not catch his name. But, he scheduled a technician to come to our home to consult and solve. The technician, Berts, came out today. He was excellent. He presented our options, without pressure. We made our decision and he went to work. Our issue is resolved and we could not be happier. We would definitely recommend this company.

Berts came out and provided excellent service! We were new in town and bought a home with an older system. Berts worked with me to understand what it was going to take to get the system where it needed to be for me to feel safe and still use all the existing equipment that he could. He went above and beyond in explaining the system to me and answering all my questions. Super friendly and courteous. Ten out of ten, would highly recommend!
