E.T.C Rollup did an excellent job repair store front gate. Someone tired to break in last and damaged the lock to point I was unable to use it to get in. E.T.C had to cut to lock out and replace it with a new one. And they adjusted the gate back in shape too. I appreciate them coming out as fast as they did and getting this gate back in working order.

The exact same day we got the keys to our new warehouse in Mamaroneck, one of the drivers backed right into the roll down gate. It looked bad, I mean really bad. And because it was Friday, and the location wasn’t properly secured, we wanted service like right now. We called several gate companies in Mamaroneck that declared they offer same day gate repair, but only ETC Rollup Repair took our call and sent Miguel – a great guy with optimistic outlook toward life. He said that he can repair the gate today, but he need to order the rods. At six the same day Miguel and two more techs started working on the gate. They welded and cut the rods, replaced the damaged ones, and two hours later they asked me to try the gate. It was working! Great vendor if you in need for roll down gate repair. They do not try to add extra charges, not trying to cut corners, just do the job the right way. And now that I am reading all the great reviews, I know ETC Rollup Repair earned them.

We own a shop in Yonkers with 3 rollup doors securing our store. I have never gave the rollups too much thoughts as I assumed they will work forever LOL Anyway, Tuesday morning and the main rollup is not opening. 4 employees waiting outside. Search on Google and I see ETC with all reviews 5 stars. Really? I decided to test it. 25 minutes!!!!!!!! Later, and Peter is at my shop with a tall ladder and his tool box. He opened the cover, knocked few times, and OMG the gate is back to live. Cost me $100 on the invoice, and another 100 that I tipped him with a lot of love. ETC is the most amazing company I have ever worked with since I opened the shop in Yonkers.

What they did for us is no less than amazing. Came to close our rollup gate so we can go home, and met us again at 7 AM to open it for us. Later that day they came back with a new motor and installed it. Thank you so much for everything. You got a customer for life.

I called ETC Rollups based off their excellent reviews on Google. They did not disappoint. Dean came with his partner and went over all custom options with me, took measurements, gave me a quote on the spot and gave me a reasonable timetable for completion. They built exactly what I needed. A custom, secure roll down gate that you can still see inside the store when it is closed, but at the same time keep the store safe and secured. ETC Rollups also stuck to their timeframe and even moved the install date per my late request. I would highly recommend ETC Rollups for your custom gate needs. Keep up the good work guys!

Our rolling gate was coming off the trucks wall of our shop and. After reading reviews, I have called ETC Rollup Gate Repair. Saul responded promptly, came by our shop to look at the work which had to be done and provided us the cost of repair. After we signed, they sent two of the crew to weld, repair, re-hang and reinforce our gate. Crew was efficient and polite. Our rolling gate looks and works great now. Highly recommend ETC Rollup Gate Repair! There is a definite reason this company has so many positive reviews. From the moment I initiated my call with Ricardo, to the conclusion of the job 4 hours later, I was totally pleased with the service. The rollup on my garage wouldn’t respond to the opener and I had no key manually open it. Ricardo was a relentless tech who never gave up, even after a frustrated locksmith did. He worked on the cylindrical lock and popped it, releasing the unit to open the rollup. He then replaced the 20 year old lift unit and key pad, in record time. He showed nothing but respect and competence in his interactions with me, as well as completing the job to my satisfaction. Thank you, ETC Rollup Gate Repair!
