First call on a friday. Guy said to text name and address and he’d come give us a quote on Monday. I did so. Monday, 2pm, no text, no call, no show. I texted to ask if he’d be able to make it that day or if we should reschedule. SMS shows that he read it. No response. It’s great for you and your company that you’re too busy to take on new clients. I’m glad for you. It just sucks to be ghosted. It would be easier and nicer for everyone if you’d just say you’re too busy for new clients instead of ghosting.

I can’t say enough good things about the amazing Dfence team – their team and work was awesome. Starting from the quoting process, Caio was extremely professional, patient and helpful while we worked through our HOA Approvals for a white vinyl fence. They were also extremely flexible in the scheduling process since my wife and I have busy working schedules but needed to get this done quickly – and that was very helpful. Last but not least, the crew that came here was very professional, effective and clean. Once the job was done, you could not tell they had spent a whole day tearing up an old wood fence and putting a brand new one in there, because everything was super clean. We’re so happy with the final result and couldn’t recommend this team enough. Huge thank you Caio and team!

Two years later asked Caio to come fix the latch on our gate. Unfortunately never came to fix it. Very surprised as this wasn’t how his service was 2 years ago. 😉 Caio and his crew were great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. The pressure treated fence looks awesome. Caio was the only fence contractor who recommended aluminum framing for our gates which came out great. Definitely need to get an estimate from them. You won’t be disappointed.
