Waited 2 weeks for a return call but never got one. Submitted multiple online requests and left a few voicemails. No response. Did an online request for another company and they called back within 10 minutes.

My fiancée and I recently bought a house that had privacy fence installed by this company. Well we noticed that a few pieces of the fence were pulling away from the posts, so we gave them a call to see about a warranty on the fence. They said “The warranty is for the people who originally paid for the fence installation.” Which is understandable and okay, so I called back a few days later to see if they would be able to come out and fix the fence, we’d pay the costs for it. I haven’t received a call-back in over 2 months. I’ve called and left 5 voicemails at this point. They’re very unprofessional and do not respond! If I had a choice, I’d use a different company for any fencing needs!

Each and every person was patient, polite and informative with me. All were professional, skilled and hard-working. I was very impressed with this company, their owner and all employees. Myself, I pay attention to the little details and have been told I’m a perfectionist. So are they! All great people and they deserve more than five stars.

Terrible customer service. Never returned a phone call. I called 5 times and left messages about our fence installation and Mike never returned a phone call. We got our estimate on 2/9/23 we were told they were 1 to 2 weeks. after 4 trips to our house the fence was finished on 3/10/23. Quality of fence is good. But if your going to be in a business where you cater to customers then customer service should be one of your main priorities.

Poor quality of work and way they completed the job. Have issues with latch not securing properly and placed numerous calls for it to be fixed. Each time was told they would pass down information and send someone over but nobody shows. Poor quality, poor job and will not help fix their mistakes. Would not recommend this company. Pay the extra money and get a better job done elsewhere.
