They don’t respond. Just trying to get a rental fence estimate, gave them the info and haven’t heard back and they don’t answer/respond to text even though they told me to text

Never answer the phone when needing to talk to them. Would send emails super late or not at all. Won’t even communicate with us when regarding fencing or payment issues. Would not recommend.

They never answer their calls and seem to never get their billing in order. Months would go by of no payment and I would call back to back. Finally get through and they said they lost my card information. How? Idk…. I updated them on it and take out that months payment. I called and called again to get the gate fixed. Took about 5 days to Get through and when I finally did, they didn’t come till about 4 weeks later. After that, About 3 months go by and I Realize no payments have come out yet again so I Give them a Call and turns out they lost my information AGAIN. I give it to them and they charge about $200 which was FAR more than I owed. Well now it’s been nearly a year of them ghosting me and no payments. the phone won’t even ring when I call but will if I use a friends phone, which in that case they say they’ll get back to me later. If they try to come here and bill me for a years worth all at once after THEM not having their OWN affairs situated, along with my constant effort to fix it, I’m going to be livid.

They were great. We rented a fence from them for 2 years. Never had any issues. Anytime it was broken they were right out to fix it! They worked with me on payment and allowed us to pay biweekly instead of monthly. Would Def rent from them again.

I loved this fencing company at first. They did an amazing job installing our fence. But when it came to payments they suck. They don’t notify you when you have a payment (they’re excuse is COVID) I don’t need someone to come knocking on my door telling me my payment is due a phone call would be nice or a bill in the mail. And when I do get a call it’s to tell me my payment didn’t go through (because the card doesn’t exist anymore) and ask me to call back, well unexpected turn of events came and I was in the hospital giving birth and they came and took my fence. Do a better job backyard accessories.
