I’m giving two stars because, of the two gates installed, one mostly works okay; however, one of the gates that was installed has refused to function consistently for more than a week or two as intended, and most recently just stopped working altogether. The excuses as to why the gates haven’t worked properly has varied. Everything from needing a new arm, to needing to adjust how the gates hang, to claims of an electrical storm (that somehow supposedly impacted only a single box that was already consistently malfunctioning and nothing at all in the area), to claiming one small plate was struck be a vehicle (despite zero indicators that any vehicle had struck the plate on inspection). At this point, gate has basically stopped working altogether after less than a year. According to their website, Hall Fence’s philosophy is “Always deliver more than your customers expect.” For me personally, the bare minimum I’d expect is for a gate installed to open and close regularly, which is not the case.

Have tried several times to talk with someone. Can’t ever get through, to anyone. Not sure how they can stay on business, not returning calls.

I would highly recommend going to Hall fencing. Kevin and his crew helped me so much with installing a privacy fence. I love the fence it looks beautiful, and I know it was done right and will last , since my chain link fence still looks great from Hall fencing putting that up back in 1997.

I learned a long time ago that good things come to those who wait. If you’re in a hurry for fencing, I agree Hall might not be your place to purchase as a residential customer. BUT WHOA! We got a visit and quote quickly with excellent professional treatment! (Jamie) Quote was in my inbox as discussed. It took my husband and I a little while to arrange our finances (we had an acre to fence!!) when we got back to Hall TWO month later, THEY HONORED THE ORIGINAL QUOTE! (IN THE PANDEMIC WOOD SHORTAGE EVEN!). We are so pleased and love our fenced in football field!! LOL Thank you all for helping us build our dream house!

Couldn’t find the company it kept taking us to a company call span set and everyone who was out side we asked if they knew where the company way didnt speak English

Called for a quote… took forever to respond. He came out to do assessment. I was told there would be an email of estimate. I repeatedly called.. no answer.. how do you keep customers when you don’t ever answer or respond?? Bad service. I got my fence from another company now. Good luck trying to get a hold of them .

We had Jamie come out to the property in Mid-May and had him send us a estimate for fencing we received the estimate at the end of the month. Since then we have attempted to call several times in order to get information on when they would come and install the fence. I’ve called Jamie and the Hall Fencing number several times and so has my fiance. To date we have not been contacted back and have decided to go with another service provider. We talked to people at the Hall fencing number who swore to us they would call us back and never did. Price for the fence we were quoted was well priced but if there is no communication between the customer and company. How am I suppose to go forward with other things I need to accomplish at our house. Hall Fencing was the only people to show up when I was requesting quotes from Fencing companies and they were prompt and polite. I wish them well but with not communicating, this is another attempt to inform you we are no longer wanting the fence.

Kevin is a very busy man. he travels about in over 3 states doing his jobs. I called him and told him our problem with the fence and that also we had our house on the market. He is the one that originally installed it that is why I called him. He was honest telling me how busy he was and at that time was in another state. He promised me he would do it and didn’t want me to get another company since it was his fence. He always returned my calls promptly if he didn’t answer himself. I told him I didn’t care what day or time he came by. Well he kept his promised and came by and looked at it and said he would have it done by the following Friday, I called Thursday and he said we were on the schedule for Friday afternoon. They showed up did the job and it looks great. It is worth the wait to have Kevin help you with your need for a fence. Way yo go Kevin!

Do not recommend. Called to have my fence repair estimated and talked to Jaime. He said they would come out Thursday morning and check it out, and email me an estimate. I gave him a call Thursday afternoon since I hadn’t heard from him: no response. Called again Friday and left a voicemail to reschedule: no response. It’s now been over a week and still haven’t heard from anyone. Terrible customer service. You’re better off going somewhere else if you actually want something accomplished.

I work with Hall Fence regularly and find them to be a professional, experienced company that knows the fence construction industry. Kevin and his crew have done and can handle any sized commercial or residential project. They bring many years of knowledge with them and think out-of-the-box when custom solutions are needed. I highly recommend them.
