I just can’t share how wonderful “Automatic Gate Mates” is!!! In the beginning, I am definitely nervous about this project due to I never did a driveway and pedestrian gates before, also I am kinda high standard designer too, so a bit worry. But during the collaboration, Michael, Joye were responsive and informative, we did some pre-install meeting even the details, like wood , screws and other. On the installation date, they are so professional on gate, fabrication, and cosmetic craftmanship. Turn out the result is way better than I expected. So happy to find them work with them, definitely highly recommended!!

I love my new custom driveway gate! Michael and Joye were great to work with—always on time and super responsive. Michael made sure the gate looked good and didn’t make my narrow driveway harder to use. He really knows his stuff about metal construction, safety rules, and engineering. The team at Automate Gate Mates came out to fix an alignment issue I had with the large swing gate at our house. Even though the original installers (a different company that I’m not sure exists any longer) installed the hinges without leveling them, the crew from Automatic Gate Mates came out, thoroughly inspected the gate, and told me before they even left how much it would cost to fix the issue. The team came out the following day and had the gate fixed and operating as it should have been from the start in a few hours. The crew cleaned up after themselves and reset the automatic gate limiter as well. Don’t hesitate to call them and trust their work.

I took my time to get multiple bids for a new gate, and I’m very glad we went with Gate Mates! Joye and Michael were extremely reliable, professional, courteous, and punctual with the gate installation. The gate was perfect, but we had some issues with it closing after the winter storms. However, they were very responsive and came out twice to fix our new gate. We’re extremely satisfied with the level of care, professionalism, and customer service. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new gate.

The gate is crafted from powder-coated steel and features an automated opener, complete with a keypad, remotes, and wireless app access. It’s incredibly well-made, and the automation is impressively quiet. From the initial quote request to the design, build, and installation, the whole process took a little over a month. We collaborated with Michael & Joye the entire time, and they were always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. I shared some photos for design inspiration and selected the powder coat color, and they brought our vision to life perfectly. They also partner with a highly professional licensed electrician for all the electrical work, which gave us great peace of mind.
