Entire process from beginning to end was super easy and a pleasure. Had a quote within a week from Dan. He was super friendly and wanted to make sure all my needs were met and was amazing at explaining the whole process and cost. Maria handled all the work behind the scenes with working with dashboard and getting permit stuff squared away. Mike had great service around the install. He was out the day before install, walked through all the finer details to make sure the fence would be completed without a hitch. Morning of install, made sure everything was set to go as planned and the crew crushed it. Done in 4 hours for aluminum fencing on a very large yard. Lines were all clean and we are super happy about this project. Don’t hesitate to work with this company. Price was great and they only do fences (which in my opinion is a bonus because they craft their expertise in fencing…I wasn’t interested in a company that can do everything).

The whole process from start to finish with superior has been great. Todd explained everything when he came to do the estimate. Maria quickly sent the information we needed. Mike made sure installation went smoothly and the team who did the work were so quick and efficient. We are extremely pleased with the end result. We love our new fence.

Dan, Mike and Maria, as well as the crew that installed our fence, were nothing but professional. They were very transparent and we had no surprise charges. We had a great experience with Superior Fence & Rail. They scheduled the quote promptly, waited while we made our decision, and then got us on the books to install our fence when we were ready. Installation day went smoothly, the crew came on a Sunday and got it done quickly! They cleaned up after themselves, and communication with Dan, Mike, and the owner was great! The fence is perfect!

Superior did an amazing job on our fence install! We would recommend them hands down. We had a number of estimates done prior to deciding to go with Superior. Todd came over to do the initial consultation with us. He was kind, and worked with us to find the best solution for us/our yard. Once we were ready to schedule installation, Maria in the office handled all of our needs for that. She was also wonderful to work with. The evening before the fence install, I received a call from Mike letting me know he was on his way over to do the pre-install walkthrough. We walked the install area as he carefully made sure that we were all on the same page for install. Next morning, Mike and his crew arrived on time as scheduled. He once again walked the proposed site with me and his install crew leader to make sure proper directions were communicated. Once his team was all set, they got to work like a well oiled machine! Wow, they were fast and did exceptional work. Also cleaned up the area back to how it was prior to them arriving. Mike returned later that early evening to inspect their work and take pictures. He also made sure to visit with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Excellent all across the board! We are enjoying our new fence. Most of all, our dogs love the freedom to roam the yard. Mike and team were amazing and helpful. Very professional and we could not ask for a better finish. Maria was superb in getting the dumpster out of the driveway so I could park my car back in my garage. Todd was very professional and straight forward with the entire process and communicated quickly. Overall, super satisfied with Superior and the quality work and professionalism.
