Carlos and his father at D-Fence are a pleasure to work with. They did a fence at our old house and we couldn’t wait to use them at our new house. They are polite, punctual, and efficient. I wish other businesses would provide the same level of customer service. We had the best experience possible and would recommend them to friends and family.

D Fence did my fence several years ago and just a few months after a storm came through and destroyed my drive through gate. It was then I realized the poor quality and workmanship. I won’t go into details there because none of those guys work there anymore. I originally called other fence companies but no one would fix someone else’s work. I should’ve called DFence right away though because when I finally did the owner went above and beyond to make it right. He explained that in the past he had hired sub par workers and it had come back to bite him. He now does every job and you can tell he really cares. He personally fixed my fence and at a very reasonable price. He was prompt and constantly updated me on the progress. The new gate is very well made.

I’ll give them the one star for actually returning our phone call and setting up an appointment, otherwise it would be 0. Blowing off our appointment with no notice whatsoever is no way to do business. Fully understand that things come up, have the decency to call/text and reschedule.

Save yourself the headache. I will start by saying my fence looks great, no complaints in the quality of work. However, I first hired them last year and after signing the contract I was told they could start my fence in about 4 weeks. I put half down and then four weeks went past and I had not heard from them. After many calls and texts to follow up on them I kept getting told we were next to have the work done. Week after week there was another excuse. It took 13 weeks for the project to be completed. If a realistic timeframe would have been communicated up front, this would not have been an issue, but we went with this company as they had one of the shortest wait times and we needed a fence ASAP since we had a pool and three large dogs. Recently with the storms and wind, a panel cracked and I called them around 7/20. I heard back from Tammy on 7/24 and was told someone would be out that week to take a look. The following week, on 8/3 I called and she sent me a text saying she would call me that afternoon to let me know when they could make it out. It is 8/21 and I have not heard from her since that text. I sat on whether or not to write a review for a year, because for some reason I felt bad and I know that everyone has an “off” time, but it’s clearly a pattern and figure others should be warned.

Incredible work! Even when I accidentally ordered the wrong fence they went above and beyond to make the fan we to my liking by taking the fence clear to west palm to get rerouted. These guys are top notch with the best install in PSL! Thank you for my one of a kind fence!!

D-Fence did an excellent job with my fence. This company does great work and they are very willing to help you receive what you need to get the job done. The finished product is awesome and it makes the home look 100 times better. Highly recommend.

It took D-Fence a few months to get the permit but after they received it, the job was done quickly and efficiently. Aldo, the owner, was very professional and honest. I would recommend this service for anyone who wants a strong, quality fence installed in their yard.
