I can’t thank Juan the owner enough for taking care of my chain link gate. My father was a chain link fence installer for years and years. He passed several years ago and I’m without help to fix the gate. After serval calls to multiple companies being turned down for service, he came to my rescue!!! Juan and his crew took care of more than what I thought was the real problem, he knew immediately. He honored my father by taking care of his fence. On time, professional and just a friendly young man!!! Thank you Juan and crew. I have your number on speed dial. : )

Went to their website and scheduled apt, got email saying they would contact me. Apt time comes and goes w/ no response. Go back to the website and schedule a simple phone call, again get email saying they would contact, never hear from them. If you are going to have a website and advertise your services, maybe you should actually monitor it!

When I called the company out I received a great response. They showed up the same day to look at the gate that needed to be repaired. They told me no problem they could come out within a week to get it fixed. They sent a bid and the bid basically read “Fix gate $660” when I asked for clarification I was rebuffed but I was anxious to get the gate fixed. When they showed up they did nothing with the gate except try to add a long piece that stuck out into the drive area. Said it was fixed and would send a bill. The gate worked for a day or so and then stopped working again. I called someone else out and they said it looks like the other company didn’t do anything. The second company was able to get the gate working and it has been working ever since. This company is terrible!

Very disappointed 0 stars! I spoke to Juan personally on Monday he stated he would stop by the afternoon to give me a quote. He Never showed up. I decided to give him till Wednesday still no call no show. By Wednesday evening I texted again asking if he was still going to give me a quote. No call back, no text nothing. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I’m definitely happy I didn’t decide to contract the company. If this is the way they treat their customers I couldn’t handle the no communication. Now I understand the other person rating them so poorly. FYI: I understand the shortage on personal and material. My issue is the no call back, no quote no information.

Not in a rush for replacing my RV Gate as I’ve been told that people are backed up. I get that, times are a little stressful. Waiting wasn’t a big deal. But I asked for a quote. 3 days in, still no quote. I was told 2 days in a row I would get it that day…nothing. I’ve called, texted, texted pics, followed up. Nada. Will not use these guys and don’t suggest that anyone else does either.
