I was hesitant to order based on reviews. I ordered the gate and it arrived by tractor trailer 2 1/2 weeks later. Gate is great and I would definitely recommend.

Had 2 6ft chain link fence gates that bottom rails were broken and rusted. Gulf coast fence replaced both parts as well as one vertical rail that was also bad. They replaced new clamps and the aluminum ties also. I took the gates in one day and they were ready the next. All this at a very reasonable price. The cost to repair both gates was less than half the cost of one new gate. Well staisifed with Gulf coast fence and highly recommend them.

I have called trying to get an estimate for my fence and no one has came out I’ve called several times even talk to someone still no reply bad business

Gulf Coast Fence has been around for many years. When getting estimates, they had the lowest price. So I chose them for my privacy fence install. The installers were unsupervised, unprofessional and only worked a few hours each day they showed up. The fence boards were very green at the time of install. Eight months later, in several spots, it’s almost like I have a picket fence instead of a privacy fence. Three gates were installed. Only one of the three is installed correctly. One of the four foot gates, because the vertical support board was not installed correctly before the concrete set, has a very large gap at the latch point. The double ten foot gate is sagging on one side. We have to lift up on one side to open because it’s wedged at the top and a gap at the bottom. Held off on final payment for a few months, hoping they would somewhat resolve the issue with gates. It was difficult to get someone to come back and look at the issues. After three returns to supposedly resolve the issue, they failed. It was a mistake to hire Gulf Coast Fence. Although it was still expensive, I should have went with the higher estimate. I’m sure it would have been a much better install.

This place will never call you back we’re called 7 times in an month and still no answer

Received an estimate in Dec for repairs and was told it would be 4-6 weeks before they could start. Called back 6 weeks later and was again told it would be 4-6 weeks as they were busy and were working a list. The next few months called once a month only to be told the office could not find my paperwork and I would receive a call back. They never called back as promised, and when I finally managed to speak with Scott was again told they were working a list and would call me. Called a final time on Friday 11 June fairly early and was told Scott had gone but I would get a call on Monday. Monday has passed and again no call. This company does not, in my opinion, value their potential customers and I will be looking for another fence company. I give 1 star as there is not a lower score. Undependable and poor customer service.

They are unreliable. Scott will not communicate with customers or potential customers. I’ve been given the run around for the last 2 weeks being promised I was going to get a call from him to let me know when he’s coming out to do the work. I wound up calling back and they tell me ” he’s backed up and may could get to you in 5 days or he may get to you in 2 or 3 weeks”. Now I have to reschedule EVERYTHING because of their communication skills. Unless you like unprofessionalism, find someone else to give your money to because they certainly don’t want it.
