I haven’t received customer service like this in such a long time!! This company did amazing from start to finish! Fior is very quick at responding. Everyone is very knowledgeable of the job. The installers were very nice and easy to work with. The whole process was quick and easy! We are very thankful and pleased with this company! We also asked if it could be installed sooner than expected as we had company coming and they exceeded and accommodated us in their schedule! I would definitely recommend 27Fence over and over!!

Update: We are legitimate customers of yours but my fence install was under my name not my company. No further calls are needed since our communication issues occurred during install and no post install communication either. The initial meeting with the owner was good. She seemed very knowledgeable. However after signing the contract, I could sense it was all about the money. Mainly it was the lack of communication. I had a question and it took them days to respond. Then I didn’t get a confirmation the day prior to installation. I only received a call the day of around 10:00 a.m to tell me that it would be rescheduled (due to the potential rain). I believe that any business should try to communicate especially with current customers and this is where they lack. Once they actually did the fence (which were subcontracted), no follow-up to ensure everything was done well. We had an issue with the latches and they didn’t even follow-up to ensure we were happy with the results. Luckily my neighbor was able to fix it for me since it wasn’t something major. I also had two other properties that I wanted a fence install but had to take my business elsewhere. I’m a business owner and customer satisfaction/communication is essential for any business no matter how big or small it is. Many of my clients ask for recommendations for fence. Glad I found a different company to recommend to them.

Fior and her crew did a very good job of installing my white vinyl fence. Replies to my emails were given in a timely manner. Communication was excellent from estimate to installation completion. Pricing was reasonable. Lastly, I would definitely recommend this company.

27 Fence did a great job in communicating the process from beginning to end. I have an HOA and they stood on top of things where there was pushback from the HOA. The installers did a great job with the fence and knew what they were doing. They did the job as if it was for them. That’s how I knew they were efficient and the company cares for their clients. It was a smooth process from the time I received my quote to the whole permit process. I had an installation date range and they accommodated me to meet my needs.
