I worked with Ron and Vanessa at the beginning of my experience which began September 2023. I ordered a sliding gate to go across my driveway along with a new privacy fence around my yard. While the gate was going to take another 2 weeks, they finally installed my fence 2 months late. Since then I’ve reached out with zero response. It is now July 2024 and I still don’t have my gate, plus a piece of my old fence still has not been removed.

I recently had Knight Fence installed and had a great experience. The owner Ron came out for a quote on a Sunday and quoted me a very fair price (compared with several other fence companies). They offer military and UCF alum discounts and is a small local business. Ron was always very responsive and the fence came out great. From start to finish the job was done in a little over a month including permitting. A difference I also noticed on my fence compared to the neighbors is Knight Fence iron fences came with self closing hinges and built in key locks on each gate. Thanks Ron and Team!

I have tried to contact numerous times over the past few weeks to fix a gate arm that is still under their 3 year (contractual) warranty. The are was installed poorly to begin with and has failed several times prior. Previously, the fixed the issue fairly promptly, but I have called, texted, and emailed multiple times without even a response.

Months after our fence was installed, the fence began to lean and the gate would no longer close. I reached out to this company asking for them to come out and fix. The only response I got was a request to send them photos. After waiting for their response, I got another person to make the repairs. The gate was falling down because the workers had not even connected the whole front fence to the post! The leaning was due to poorly placed posts holes. So, the fact that they did not fix it was actually a blessing because they clearly do not know how to do the job properly or do not care to do it properly. I am finding more areas where they failed to properly connect fencing to post and more areas falling apart. This is truly poor and careless workmanship. Also, the company’s response to my review is not even me, I never mentioned anything about fencing to cover a pool pump, so they have me confused with another client. At any rate, beware of this company, if you use them, look over every inch of your fence before paying them!!!

We where given the run around for too long and they promise you a time then postpone the job for 2 months and blame it on the sub contractors, 1 week after instal our white vinyl door was not opening or closing properly and had many gaps we sent countless email and calls and when they do respond they say our guy was sick and he will come on so and so day till this day it’s been 5 months they still haven’t shown up, they don’t honor their warranty at all.

Would not recommend, very poor communication and they give you the round around. The dates they set for install, turned into no shows. Save your time. Choose another company.

We gave a deposit of $4,000 to have a wood fence installed. Unfortunately our HOA did not approve the project and when we called Knight Fence to get our deposit back, we never got a response. We have called and written e-mails multiple times to get our deposit back and we still haven’t heard back from anyone. This has been about six months now. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional service.

i called and asked knight fence for a quote they were my 4th knights quote was$1200 cheaper than the others the estimater noticed my paratrooper license plates and offer a military discount i felt honored to be offered knights staff worked with me on applying my HOA proposal to the end even with a correction i needed to make once HOA approved the fence was up within a week installed today in 5 hrs i highly recommend knight fence

I engaged Knight Fence LLC to construct a fence. Ron, a representative of Knight Fence LLC, provided an estimate around 9k and requested an initial deposit of 50%. Given the competitiveness of their estimate compared to other vendors, and how my neighbor said that they looked at so many fences, but Knight Fence LLC’s fences seemed strong after storms (which is true btw), I proceeded to sign the contract and deposited 50% around June of 2023, Subsequently, after obtaining approvals from the HOA & County, changes were required by County and Knight Fence LLC was informed of it, and they assured me that there’s no change with initial contract price. Also, I had to let them know the changes multiple times. Then they made huge delays to apply for county permits, saying they had family emergency. (Which I’m doubtful.. but If its true, then I’m sorry) Suddenly one day, (after County & HOA approval) they demanded a new contract with around 3-4k increase, when questioned, they gave no valid reason and offered a mere $200-300 discount. Despite that, I agreed but told them I’d pay the rest upon project completion. Knight Fence LLC then ceased all communication, caused severe delays that jeopardized the approval deadline. One day I met Ron and when asked what happened, he confirmed that Knight Fence LLC no longer intended to construct the fence and would refund my 50% deposit in a week, But I did not receive anything and I repeatedly attempted to communicate regarding the refund. However, my efforts are in vain and I have met with unresponsiveness, with promises of the refund being deferred indefinitely. Now I’m here providing a review.
