I was referred to this fence company by a realtor for a small job. However, my experience with them has been disappointing. Despite assurances from the business owner that the project would be completed in early July, there has been no follow-up or communication since then. I have made multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email but have not received any response. As someone who works within the community and knows many others in need of similar services, I am disheartened by this lack of professionalism. Good customer service should be consistent regardless of the size of the job, and unfortunately, that standard was not met in this case. It is regrettable that despite being willing to give them benefit of doubt initially, reliable communication could not be established.

Jose and his staff were extremely communicative and the job was completed as agreed and on time. Starline Fence offers extremely competitive fence prices and I would recommend to anyone looking to have one installed.

Jose and team did an amazing job installing our fence (vinyl and aluminum). Jose was very responsive and always professional. Even in the blistering heat, the team never once complained and finished with quality work. Thank you again!

I called to get a quote, someone picked up, I didn’t even get a hello. I had to ask if it was starline fence repair, and when I did she said don’t call back or I will report you? I figured it was a misunderstanding but whenever I would call back and get through I would get a empty threat, attitude, then hung up on. I work in customer service and that was one of the most disgusting things I have witnessed. I’ll be sure to tell my friends, family, and patrons to stay as far away as possible from starline fence repair. 🤢

Can’t say enough good things about this company. The best customer service I have received in a very long time! Came and gave a handwritten estimate onsite, did not email an estimate via email later. I liked this. Polite, knowledgeable and experienced! My fence came out great. Jose answered my many questions promptly and politely. His crew was very nice and polite and worked hard. I am very pleased with the end result. He also uses illusions vinyl fencing, not the cheaper home depot fencing. Illusions lasts longer and holds up better to mildew and sun. Another thing I liked was that Jose asked me how I wanted various settings on the fence, he did not assume how I wanted them. I appreciated this.

I will always recommend Starline Fence & Guard Rail, LLC for fence installation or repair. They offered the BEST quote, after meeting three other companies. Jose and his team are flawless! We had 138 feet of white vinyl, 6ft privacy fence, with two gates installed. Estimated time to complete work was on-time, job done in two days, and they cleaned all from work site. We are loving our fence! Thank you so much and keep up the wonderful work.
