Pauline contacted me soon after I sent a request for information through the website. She was prompt, friendly and helpful throughout the process. She told me exactly what to expect after my order and even informed me she would be away for a short period of time, but would respond to emails as soon as she could. My order did have damage due to shipping and I was missing some fence caps. Pauline was excellent in getting these items straightened out immediately. In the current environment of digital customer service systems, talking and working with Pauline was a breath of fresh air.

One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced — Heather was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process from planning, ordering, delivering, to installation troubleshooting. She made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. In particular, during installation my constractor made a mistake when cutting a section to length, rendering two rails useless. I called Heather and she immediately shipped me a set of replacement rails cut to the perfect length ON THAT SAME DAY. The new rails arrived within two days and we were able to finish the fence on time. Super happy with the result.
