The Circle A supply house for all your fencing needs is the place and has been for a long time. I miss the old man, but the hard working culture is still there and I will always support my local community of any major chain. Long live the Circle ‘A’ Ranch.

My first experience purchasing from Circle A Fence will be my last. 15% of my order was unusable wood. I called to inquire about returning it, and the lady on the phone responded by saying “all our wood purchases are final.” If I had been able to choose the materials before purchasing, I wouldn’t be a disappointed. But after paying at the counter, I was instructed to wait for a warehouse person to bring my order out. It took 20 minutes before they came out and I didn’t get to see the stock or how it was stored, and I certainly didn’t get the opportunity to select the fence picket I wanted. All in all, terrible customer service, bad product and an unfair return policy is why I would recommend going anywhere else to get your fencing materials.

It’s definitely worth the travel if you’re like me, who has purchased overpriced and poor quality fencing material from big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes. Circle A has always the right material and knowledge on certain material for the right job. Will always have my business all the way from blairsville, ga

It’s a horrible fencing company regarding customer service—especially the owner and the manager. If you have a problem returning something and yet they understand that you purchased it from them, you have the date of the purchase, and the manager has verified that you bought it from him within 30 days. They boldly tell you that they will not even try to return it. That’s not worth their time, and the owner will give you some excuse. That looks like this. “I am sorry you had a bad experience. It is our policy that you must have the receipt upon return. It is posted in the store as well as on your receipt. We don’t know what you paid for the material as prices change daily on some products. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience, but this policy has been in place for a long time. I hope you will do business with us again in the future.” I understand the policy part, but in the past, the managers never disputed a return in my past years until now, but as far as the pricing, that’s completely bogus and the fact that he’s sorry. contractors run!
