I had Citywide Fence complete work a few years ago. They did a great job! Great priced, very fast. Even referred my neighbor who had his yard fenced. Tom is just outstanding. This week we had an issue with our gate opener (not Toms unit). He arranged a new panel and its up. Even checked up on me to make sure i was happy. What a great guy and great company!!!!! EDITED 6/27: ALL COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN DROPPED! CITYWIDE AMENDED THE CONTRACT. THE OWNER APOLOGIZED AND DID AN AMAZING JOB ON MY PUPPY PICKET GATE! I’M VERY HAPPY AND VERY PLEASED! THANK YOU FOR RESOLVING THIS MATTER!

DO NOT LET THIS GUY DO ANYTHING AT YOUR HOUSE NOT EVEN SHOW UP! THE MAN IS UNHINGED AND CALLED ME EVERY NAME IN THE BOOK AND THEN THREATENED THAT HE IS COMING TO THE TAKE THE GATE (INCORRECT GATE) THAT I PAID 675.00 FOR DEPOSIT. ONLY TO RECEIVE THE WRONG GATE AND MANY PROMISES OF DATES AND TIMES HE WAS GOING TO INSTALL IT AND HE NEVER SHOWED NOR RETURNED TEXT. LEFT A SUPPOSEDLY 1,100 GATE IN MY FRONT COURTYARD NOT SECURED OR ANYTHING! I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON HIM AND FILE A COMPLAINT AS NOT ONLY DID HE THREATEN TO TAKE THE GATE BACK HE HAS NOW THREATENED ME! ALSO TOLD ME I NEEDED A “DUDE”……LIKE WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH MY GATE. THE ONLY REASON I USED HIM IS HE DID MY NEIGHBORS GATE AND SHE SAID HE IS A LITTLE COCKY BUT HE GOT THE WORK DONE AND SHE LIVED IN TENNESSEE AND HE DIDN’T EVEN CHARGE HER A DEPOSIT. I GAVE HIM MANY CHANGES TO SHOW UP FOR HIS APPOINTMENTS! HE CANCELED ON THE 1ST INSTALL AND WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT THAT NOT BEING THE PUPPY PICKET GATE I HAD ORDERED HE SAID HE WOULD FIX IT SATURDAY!!!! NEVER SHOWED AND I TEXTED HIM TWICE. SUNDAY I TEXT HIM AND TOLD HIM IF HE DIDN’T CONTACT ME I WOULD BE FILING A POLICE REPORT AND SMALL CLAIMS COURT! THE COP CALLED HIM AND LEFT A MESSAGE ABOUT HE IS NOT TO COME OVER TO MY PROPERTY WITHOUT A SHERIFF! HE THEN CALLED ME LATER AND LEFT ME A THREATENING MESSAGE AND SAID I WENT TO FAR NOT ANDI WAS GOING TO PAY! PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. HE IS THE OWNER AND ACTS LIKE THIS WHEN HE WAS COMPLETELY IN THE WRONG! I GUESS THAT’S WHAT DRUGS DO TO YOU! YOU DON’T CALL A CUSTOMER AND CURSE THEM OUT UNLESS YOU ARE TOTALLY UNHINGED!

Our fence had been damaged resulting in several panels being destroyed and knocked down. Tom and his team at Citywide Fence were efficient and professional and quickly repaired the fence resulting in it seamlessly looking as it was before if not better. Their communication was great from start to finish and our satisfaction was always their top concern.

Citywide Fence replaced the back portion of my fence. Tom and his guys were efficient and timely, they arrived early and got right to work. The fence was up in no time and it looks great. Citywide Fence is definitely a 5 star company would definitely recommend them.
