Bid for a big project; an entire neighborhood, secure bid then proceed to do the most awful job. Their posts are not set. The wood slats are not even. Their nails are bent to a 90 degree and they couldn’t be bothered to align the nail placements. Everyone’s fence in the neighborhood looks awful. Stay away from any project with this company! ** Owner comment did not leave any contact information. It is various neighborhood boroughs in Central Park.

I needed a new double gate, and Split Rail employees went above & beyond to rebuild a perfect gate for me!!! The workmanship was top notch! I’m very pleased with their customer service as well, very kind, considerate and explained the issues very well. I gave them 5 stars 🌟 but they deserve 10!!!! They do amazing custom work for fence posts and the customer service is awesome! I wish they sold screws or hardware for gates and suck. Overall I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!!

We had our fence put up by them. They were actually easy to work with. They were knowledgeable about the areas we lived in and the HOA. They were timely about installing and finishing the work. They cleaned up good too. The rate wasn’t bad either. Definitely recommend this company to anyone

One of my 4×4 posts needed replacement on my Split Rail Fence. The entire experience was great and surprisingly smooth. Jordan worked with me on assessing the problem (I provided pics to help with his estimate). He provided an estimate promptly and scheduled the work. I was out of town, but the crew showed up on schedule, replaced the post, made a few additional minor repairs to the fence, and left a clean job site. Jordan followed up to let me know the work was done and was eager to make certain his team completed the job to my satisfaction. Extremely happy with the communication, the scheduling, the work itself and the overall experience.
