Waiting for repair on my new fence. Was supposed to be guaranteed life but if my dogs jump on it the slats separates. Right now I am very unhappy. Hopefully they come and fix this. Waiting…. ADMENDMENT 7/23/21 as of today Good day fence has come back to repair the chain link fence that was disconnected and install a brace on the vinyl fence so that the slats don’t fall out. I am pleased with the performance of the fence so far, and am pleased that they stood by their word and came back to repair. I would use them in the future as they have proven they stand behind their product! thank you Good day Fence!!! unfortunately, a vinyl fence does not stand against 2 large dogs, have had a lot of problems with this fence, panels popping through etc. not recommended except for beauty!

I just wanted to give a shout out to John, the gentleman that works at the office. He is knowledgeable, customer focused, friendly and always helpful. One of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. I had to replace an expensive, designer vinyl gate that the wind had destroyed and he was amazingly helpful in every aspect of the service. Thank you.

When my garden door broke due to the crazy wind, I was recommended Good Day to have it custom made. I spoke to John who was extremely pleasant and kind, and had explained what was needed for replacing it. My door was built in a day and I then received it the day after and loved what they made. I am so grateful it was custom made and not bought from Home Depot as it would not have fit! I would definitely recommend coming here and speaking to John as he tells you his expert opinion and suggests the right style. Thank you John for being so kind and helpful!!

Great people – from the owner to the workers that installed our fence and gates. One of the gates was a little off (due to some masonry faults), they came and adjusted it no problem! Thank you so much team!

Quoted one price after estimator said ivy and bushes not a problem. On installation day owner called and said ivy and shrubs were a problem and to give 300 tip. Ended up they were short one section and woulld be back tomorrow. I paid infull and I gave the the tip.I get call from owner next day saying g I still owe 300 for removal of ivy and shrubs s after estimator said it was fine.Endedup waiti ng 3 days for final section to be installed.

GREAT customer service. I needed a couple of additional parts for a small home improvement project I was working on. Extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. The owner spent about 20 minutes with me looking for parts I could not find anywhere else. Its rare these days you find that type of service. I would highly recommend this company. Five stars.

They are a locally based fence company who has been around forever. Honest and reasonable. They fixed my fence today. The workers are great, friendly and reliable. See you next year, Mary. Highly recommend
